Holy Name Society

Mission Statement

Our mission at St. Patricia's Holy Name Society is to be a working partner with the Parish and the Parishioners' to improve the ability of our church to maintain the parishioner's lives in a rich Catholic environment. To work with other Parish organizations to help them to succeed so the church can thrive. To invite men into our organization who will work to improve their lives and the lives of the parish family. Above all to make an environment where all the members enjoy being a part of an organization that does the right thing on the path of what our Savior wanted and requested of us. In short, our beliefs, actions, and lives themselves meet or exceed God's expectations of us.

News

On May 1st, the Holy Name held their Installation dinner for the newly elected officers.  The new officers were sworn in by Father Marc.  At this dinner our new President presented the Holy Name “Man of the Year” award to our previous President Roy Kozlowski who served for the past two years, and was unanimously selected by the membership.

At this meeting the Holy Name Society presented Father Marc with a check for $15,000 to benefit the Parish needs.

The Holy Name Society, represented here by Mr. Tom Seminara, awarded two 7th Grade St. Patricia students scholarships.  The students participated in an interview process, submitted their record of service to the community and school, and wrote an essay in order to be eligible for the selection process.

Congratulations to Veronika and Sebastian!
