REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTEERING WITH CHILDREN AT ST. PATRICIA
Virtus training and background checks are required by all clergy, employees and volunteers who work with the children of St. Patricia.
All 4 items below must be completed in order to volunteer.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
VIRTUS TRAINING This is a list of parishes with upcoming Virtus classes. You must register for the class you are attending from this website. Make sure you get a copy of the certificate from the parish and send it to the attention of Gloria Werner. You can send it through the school or the rectory during normal school / business hours.
DCFS FORM This form is to be printed out, completed, and returned to Gloria Werner. You can send it through the school or the rectory during normal school / business hours.
CODE OF CONDUCT FORM This form is to be printed out, completed, and returned to Gloria Werner. You can send it through the school or the rectory during normal school / business hours.
YOU CANNOT VOLUNTEER UNTIL ALL 4 OF THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
