Requesting Hospital Visits
If you would like a faith visit, these are the ways that you can contact us.
Call us before you are admitted with the date, the hospital and the length of your stay if possible.
When admitted to the hospital, you or a family member must authorize the hospital to release your name. The hospital will then contact us, provided you have made the request.
Have your family call us with your name, date hospitalized and room number.
